Thanks for posting, I've been waiting for these! You guys are freakishly tight live and massive sounding for a 3-piece. Reminds me of Oceansize meets Dredg... with a little more technical stuff thrown in the mix. Loved the drumming as usual, very creative and energetic with nice cymbal work. Are you using a paiste cup chime on your kit?

I did however, check out your myspace site. The material on there is SICK!

I listened to Get to Work and kind of just scrunched up in my chair moaning... that double bass groove is one of the baddest things I've heard in a while!

Thanks a lot everyone for the positive feedback. Glad you?re enjoying some of the noise we make. Hey Chris, ya, they're Paiste cup chimes. shhh, Don't tell Zildjian [img]smile.gif[/img] I do however use some Sabian along with Zildjian bells too. I'm waiting for Zildjian to actually make a line of chime like bells that sound as clear and vibrant as Paiste. Some day???
GoMan, try updating your quick time. That's worked for most people who's had problems watching them.

Funny enough, I knew about Apex Theory and Sammy long before I joined HOD! I bought their debut album many years ago and was blown away, esp by the track "Bullshed" - incredible tune with amazing parts and brilliant drumming.

I happened to be bidding on a drum on ebay one day not too long ago and it turns out that Sammy was the seller! He told me about HOD as a PS in an e-mail and the rest is history [img]smile.gif[/img]
